退款政策

Any returns must be requested within 30 days. Returns of damaged, defective or incorrect items have the only possibility of being accepted. Also if package is never received/lost in transit, you can apply & if it eventually arrives later you can keep it with no need to return it. Please contact store email with proof of damage, defectiveness or incorrect item received. 

  • You may be offered the opportunity to get a partial or full refund without returning the item(s), but if you need to return the item(s), return shipping is free on your first 5 orders of one or multiple returnable items in a month
  • Starting from the sixth return of each month, you will need to bear the return shipping cost but you can still use the return method we provide, such as a label, QR code, etc. Shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Please place all returned items into one package and use the return label we will provide you to send the item
  • After placing all return items in one package, please print and tape the return label we provided onto the outside of the package. Send your package back from the nearest post location, and you're done!
  • After item(s) are received and pass quality inspection, the refund will be issued. If you do not receive the refund, please contact us for further assistance. 

Please make sure your return package is sent within the return window (15 days after we provide a return solution) with the latest label. If you don't send the items within the return window or you send the items outside the return window or without the latest label, we may not receive and inspect your items, which means you won't get a refund. We cannot promise that the returned items will be found and returned and we do not store or provide refunds or compensation for such items. 

If one is deemed to violate this return & refund policy by exhibiting actions such as return/refund fraud or abuse, repeated abnormal or improper use use of return services, etc., Cozy Pantry Co. shall have the right to take such actions as it deems appropriate, to the extent permitted by applicable law
